Overview
The international law firm Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe is looking to hire a fourth- or fifth-year law student for an internship of at least 6 months in its TCG department, starting in February/March.
Responsibilities
Work alongside senior staff and support them in due diligence activities.
Review contractual and corporate documentation.
Provide translations.
Conduct legal research.
Assist with other activities related to TCG operations.
Qualifications
We are looking for people who are fluent in Italian and English and are eager to learn about our business!
