Retribuzione / Benefits Be the go-to for procurement systems and support users across the organization
Lead digitalisation and innovation in procurement processes, test enhancements, and standardize processes
Monitor procurement KPIs, analyze trends, and produce data-driven reports
Prepare contracts and purchase orders; validate purchasing requests; ensure timely processing
Build relationships with internal stakeholders and promote adoption of procurement tools
Support sourcing and supplier development activities with Category Managers
Maintain data quality for suppliers and contracts; identify optimization opportunities
Responsabilità Master (or equivalent)
Procurement and Supply Chain systems experience
Analytical and reporting expertise
Stakeholder and cross-functional collaboration skills
SAP MM expertise plus knowledge of SRM, Coupa, EBP, EBCN, Extranet, or ECP
Strong ownership mindset with data-driven problem-solving
Excellent communication in Italian and English
