In this role you lead the Operational Delivery team to drive OpEx optimization and cost savings across the Group. You will coordinate cross-functional, cross-BU programs with Group COO functions, ensuring synergies and alignment with the Group expense plan. You'll oversee data-driven analysis and transformational projects that improve operating models and unlock efficiency at scale. This position offers the chance to shape large-scale programs and collaborate with senior stakeholders to deliver tangible impact.
Manage the implementation of strategic operational excellence and cost-saving projects across the operating platform in collaboration with Group COO functions
Ensure achievement of synergies, sharing of best practices, and alignment with Group priorities and expense plan
Lead and implement transformational projects focused on operational excellence
Coordinate large cross-functional and cross-BU teams




Manage relationships with Group and Local Entity stakeholders to achieve priorities and targets
Oversee collecting and analyzing business and operational data
Degree in Economics or Engineering
15+ years in top-tier consultancy with focus on Financial Services or FS industry, emphasis on operations
Fluent English; Italian and other languages a plus
Proven track record managing international teams in complex transformation programs
Proven experience leading and developing teams with direct managerial responsibility
Proven track record managing multiple senior stakeholders in international contexts with challenging targets
