ph3Experteer Overview /h3pAs a data-driven Sourcing Specialist, you will drive end-to-end procurement for Hiab, focusing on cost reduction and total cost of ownership optimization across categories.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to secure supply continuity, lead supplier negotiations, and implement category strategies for sustainable growth.
Your work enables better pricing, supplier performance, and early involvement of key suppliers in product development.
This role offers impact by shaping supplier ecosystems and contributing to Hiab's mission of smarter, safer, and more sustainable load handling.
/ph3Retribuzione / Benefits /h3ulliCollaborate on end-to-end sourcing activities to optimize Hiab resources across the product lifecycle, including supplier consolidation and continuity planning /liliPrepare RFQs, analyze data, and support negotiation and award decisions /liliIdentify, implement and track cost-saving actions to meet yearly productivity targets /liliDevelop open-book costings, budgets and raw material forecasting for suppliers /liliParticipate in New Product Development, SRM, early supplier involvement, productivity programs, make/buy analyses, and process/system implementations /liliManage Hiab-wide supplier performance using SRM resources and QDCI metrics /liliLead sourcing deliverables for new product development, ensuring technical,



quality and delivery requirements are met /liliOversee QAP activities with Supplier Development support and promote supplier participation in Supply Chain Finance programs /liliSupport contract negotiations covering payment terms, quality/warranty/logistics, and raw material indices /liliDevelop supplier risk mitigation programs to minimize disruption and elevate issues with root-cause analysis /liliAdhere to and maintain all relevant purchasing processes and systems /li /ulh3Responsabilità /h3ulliAt least 3 years of global industrial experience in sourcing within an international, multi-site company /liliExperience with large global suppliers and managing supplier relations and negotiations /liliProject management and cross-functional improvement experience; ERP system knowledge /liliExperience with complex steel assemblies/hydraulic systems/electrical electronics preferred /liliDegree Level or Equivalent with relevant engineering/industrial background /liliFluent English /liliExperience with Sourcing in EMEA and APAC /liliData collection and analysis skills /li /ulh3Requisiti fondamentali /h3ulliPermanent contract /lili55k-65k gross annual salary /liliEmployees First culture /liliGrowth opportunities /liliFlexible environment /liliWell-being emphasis /li /ul /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
