The Social Hub (B CorpTM) in Florence seeks a Front Office Supervisor to lead daily front desk operations and guide the team toward exceptional guest experiences. You will welcome guests, handle requests, and ensure smooth coordination across departments to create memorable stays.
You will coach and empower Front Office Hosts, upsell local experiences, and onboard new colleagues with warmth and professionalism in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English and Italian is essential.
