In this role you will manage end-to-end payroll and time & attendance in a dynamic international environment, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a positive employee experience. You'll collaborate with employees, managers, and external stakeholders and support system improvements and HR administration. The position focuses on accurate payroll processing, regulatory compliance, and data-driven reports. Benefits / Retribuzione Manage time and attendance: validate timesheets and govern vacation, sickness, and statutory absences
Collect, calculate and maintain payroll data to ensure timely, compliant payroll processing
Prepare payroll calculations and reports covering earnings, taxes, deductions, and non-taxable compensation
Investigate and resolve payroll disparities and support employees on payroll and attendance matters
Ensure payroll complies with company policies and applicable labor,



tax, and social security regulations
Handle payroll-related social security, welfare, and tax obligations with accurate calculations and payments
Execute periodic and year-end payroll activities (CU, Form 770, INAIL, ISTAT surveys, etc.)
Prepare regular and ad hoc financial, operational and payroll reports as required
Responsabilità Bachelor in Human Resources
Fluent Italian and good English (written and spoken)
At least 3 years of payroll administration experience in structured companies or payroll providers
Excellent knowledge of payroll processes and Italian labor, tax and social security regulations
Experience with payroll and time attendance systems
Ability to manage deadlines and confidential information
