As a
Process Engineering Expert
, you will join
Novamont
, a Versalis company. Specifically, the
Corporate Engineering
team supports the organization in developing innovation projects related to downstream and upstream plants in the bioplastics and chemical intermediates segments.
Main activities:
Collaborates with the R&D; function in the development phases of new products and production processes with a high degree of innovation through design support, interpretation of experimental tests and development of kinetic and fluid dynamic models
It defines the operations necessary to ensure the correct scale transitions, from the experimental laboratory scale to the pilot, demo and industrial scales.
Develop and process complete material and energy balances independently
Participates in the drafting of technical-economic feasibility studies for the implementation of new initiatives
Ensures the improvement of existing production processes on an industrial scale
Actively participates in the study and design of new plants and process equipment, starting from the basic engineering phase and, when required, down to the details, developing technical specifications and sizing in compliance with legal regulations and company constraints.
Required characteristics:
Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering
At least 3 years experience preferably in industrial chemical processes
Knowledge of Project Management methodology is appreciated
Good knowledge of the English language
Availability to travel frequently and for extended periods to other units of the Company

We offer a gross annual salary between 36,000 and 44,000 euros.
The final offer will be formulated in accordance with the professional experience, technical and transversal skills possessed by the resource, functional for the role and appreciable by the company.
In the presence of particularly relevant professional experience and technical and transversal skills, the Company may evaluate an offer with an improved classification/RAL level.
