ph3About the Role /h3 pWe are looking for an bexperienced, passionate and critical?thinking Production Team Lead /b to lead the production team who delivers our portfolio of live experiences in the Italian market as well as taking ownership on some top priority projects.
/p pThis person will oversee all aspects of production conducted in the region, ensuring that high?quality experiences are delivered across the board.
/p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage the Italy Production team on regional FO productions, creating a supportive team environment, and focusing on the development of team members.
/li liAssess regional projects and assign within the team or to freelancers as needed.
/li liSupport the team to manage priorities, oversee progress toward deliverables and find solutions to complex situations.
/li liProvide production expertise to support in the feasibility and planning stages of the pipeline development.
/li liManagement of kit movement, trucking plans, and cross?loading between sites.
/li liVenue preparation: overseeing venue procurement, permits, insurance and technical validation for various site types (e.g. parks, stadiums or open fields).
/li liResponsibility for build costing, monitoring budgets and identifying potential cost overruns proactively.
/li liSupport Production Directors and Show Support Directors on the development of production tools and processes to streamline practices and optimize efficiency.
/li liMaintain an up?to?date directory of freelancers and service providers and an active personal network of contacts within the industry.
/li liCommunicate and collaborate with internal cross?functional teams and stakeholders to drive alignment and execution of event deliverables.
/li liManage multiple productions and help scale some of Fever's biggest Original IPs against team targets, working with and adapting the Global IP standards to suit the particular needs of your region.
/li liSupport the wider originals team in the development of new events,



implementing new production formats and ensuring Fever remains up to date and ahead of the curve on emerging technologies and solutions that can enhance Fever's experiences.
/li liResearch new vendors, technologies, experiences.
/li liHandle administrative duties including expense reports, invoicing, and working with the legal department on contracts.
/li liDomestic and international travel and work across time zones will be required.
/li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 pYou have a successful track record of production management of live or experiential events, immersive experiences, and/or permanent attractions with strong oral and written communication skills.
You thrive in a fast?paced environment and pride yourself on your flexible, detailed, analytical mindset.
You have experience, but also an ability to think from a business perspective.
Candidates need to be passionate about the entertainment/events industry.
You will have to be comfortable delivering results in an ambiguous environment and bring innovative ideas about how to create compelling experiences.
Candidates must be proficient in permitting, licensing and safety standards for spaces.
/p h3Requirements /h3 ul li7+ years of experience in the live event production industry /li li1-2 years of people management experience /li liFluent English Italian language skills.
/li liAbility to manage multiple projects at any given time and pull together multiple aspects of a production in an organized and efficient way in a fast?paced environment.
/li liHave an innovative and solution?focused mindset to identify problems and find creative solutions.




/li liExperience in personnel management and team talent development.
/li liLeadership, initiative and clear prioritization skills.
/li liA broad network of vendors and venues, and experience with productions issues such as permitting, rules and regulations.
/li liA strong understanding of technical production requirements and basic understanding of fabrication techniques.
/li liCurious, with an appetite for learning, keen to push boundaries and try new concepts, and the ability to pick up new skills quickly.
/li liAble to communicate with partners, brands, agencies, and talent on efforts, working collaboratively and willing to be hands?on.
/li liExperience as construction manager or in construction of a theater involving the management of contractors is a plus.
