/p h3Main Duties And Responsibilities /h3 ul liProvide end-to-end technical support locally and abroad /li liOn-site technical support /li liTechnical phone support /li liTradeshow support, including printer setup and calibration, demonstration,



and teardown /li liEnd-user training /li liFeedback to our RD team /li /ul h3Job Requirements /h3 ul liTechnical degree or equivalent experience in digital and electronic technology for industrial printers /li liTwo or more years of experience in field engineering positions on digital machines and electronic devices /li liAvailability for extensive travel at short notice /li liKnowledge of inkjet printing technology in water-based ink /li liKnowledge of RIP software and color management /li liKnowledge of color theory and materials/ chemicals /li liKnowledge of textile digital machine processes /li liGood communication skills and customer-focused /li liFluent in Italian and English /li liSelf-motivating personality that can independently manage a large service territory (includes effective management of EFI assets i.e., parts, tools, company information) /li liKnowledge of personal computers, Microsoft Windows, and Linux operating systems /li /ul /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
