/li /ulpYou will be leading a team that helps keep our operations safe, efficient, and of a high quality, and taking on a number of projects across our network to drive productivity.
/ph3A day in the life /h3pYou'll work a shift pattern at one of our sites, ensuring productivity is maximised.




Your main focus will be to own and drive a culture of safety, uphold quality, and maintain shift performance standards.
You'll also oversee process improvements and drive implementation.
A typical day is varied, including routine team management, daily operational responsibilities, process improvement, and wide?scale operational contingency tasks.
You'll serve as a role model and mentor for new managers.
/ph3About the team /h3pAmazon Logistics (AMZL) handles "last mile" delivery duties in partnership with third?party distribution businesses.
We use creative thinking and continuous improvement initiatives to get millions of physical products into customers' hands.
Our goal is to make the delivery experience as smooth as possible and roll out global delivery solutions for concepts such as Amazon Fresh, Prime Now, and Amazon Restaurants.
/ppOur operations run 24/7, with two sides: the "under the roof" associates who process millions of products for dispatch, and the "on the road" delivery contractors using Amazon Flex.
/ppWe learn new ways to overcome industry?wide logistics challenges, reduce our carbon footprint, and use cutting?edge vehicles, including electric vehicles.
