ph3Experteer Overview /h3pIn this role you own end-to-end demand planning for a defined country or country-category within the Southern Cluster, shaping the demand signal for cross-functional decision making.
You will work with Commercial, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to drive forecast accuracy and influence business outcomes.
The position offers visibility and ownership in a fast-paced FMCG environment, with opportunities to lead and influence SOP processes.
You will help translate commercial assumptions into robust forecasts and risks into actionable opportunities.
/ph3Retribuzione / Benefits /h3ulliDevelop accurate demand forecasts using established planning processes /liliCollect and analyze historical and forward-looking inputs (promotions, pricing, launches, discontinuations) /liliDocument forecast logic and translate commercial assumptions into quantified impacts /liliPartner on new product launches, portfolio changes,



and cannibalization assessments /liliCollaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to evaluate promotions and close data gaps /liliPrepare and present demand outlooks at SOP Demand Review meetings /liliShare forecasts with appropriate detail and timing to support planning /liliTrack and communicate KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives /li /ulh3Responsabilità /h3ulli3–5 years of experience in Demand Planning or related field /liliStrong understanding of demand forecasting and SOP /liliAdvanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; data handling?? /liliHands?on experience with ERP/planning systems (SAP, Kinaxis) /liliBachelor's degree in Economics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field /liliExperience in FMCG is a strong advantage /li /ul /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
