/liliManage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead qualification to solution design, proposal preparation, and deal closure.
/liliBuild and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders in the renewable energy sector, including utility companies, grid operators, and regulatory bodies.
/liliCompliance Grid Requirements: /liliEnsure BESS installations meet local and international grid compliance standards.
/liliCollaborate with regulatory bodies and transmission operators for seamless BESS integration into the power grid.
/liliStay informed on changes in grid codes, transmission line requirements, and energy storage regulations.
/liliCollaboration Leadership: /liliWork closely with engineering, operations, and RD teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.

Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical fiel3 to 5 years of experience in renewable energy technical support, sales, or project management, with a focus on BESS, PCS, or EM /liliStrong understanding of energy storage systems and grid compliance requirements (IEC, IEEE standards).
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and grid codes for integrating energy storage systems.
/liliStrong problem-solving abilities and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Willingness to travel for client meetings and project site visits.
