ppWe are looking for a full-time Deputy Quality Manager with general IT Competencies to support the Quality Department in ensuring compliance with EASA Part?147 requirements and internal procedures.
/ppThe role will support the Quality Manager in maintaining the organisation's Quality System, monitoring compliance with regulatory standards, and advancing the digitalization of record-keeping and examination processes.
/ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliSupport the Quality Manager in maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS).
/liliEnsure compliance with EASA Part?147 regulations and applicable procedures.
/liliAssist in the planning and execution of internal audits and compliance monitoring activities.
/liliMonitor corrective and preventive actions and ensure timely closure.
/liliReview and maintain MOE / MTOE procedures, manuals, and documentation.
/liliPromote a safety and quality culture within the training organization.
/liliSupport continuous improvement initiatives related to training quality and regulatory compliance.
/liliSupport the identification and implementation of solutions and software to enhance the digitalization of organizational documentation.
/li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliExperience in quality or compliance monitoring (preferably aviation as in Part-147, Part-145, or Part-CAMO environments or ISO **** or equivalent).
/liliExperience with quality audits, reporting, and corrective action management.
/liliStrong organizational and analytical skills.
/liliAbility to work independently and support cross-departmental teams.
/liliGood communication skills in English (written and spoken).
/liliPreferible knowledge of EASA regulations, especially EASA Part?147.
/liliStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office and a general understanding of AI tools and technologies.
/li /ulh3Preferred Qualifications /h3ulliAuditor training or experience in compliance monitoring accordingly to industry standard /liliPrevious experience in an EASA approved training organization.
/liliBackground in aviation maintenance training or technical environment.
/liliExperience with aviation quality management systems or safety management systems.
