To date, we have assisted hundreds of thousands of travelers navigate stressful travel disruptions.
/b /p pbWe are currently expanding our network and looking for Freelance Passenger Support / Flyer Distributors (m/f/d) on an on-call basis at /bFiumicino International Airport /p pbThis is a non-sales role focused purely on information sharing, passenger support, and professional representation.
/b /p h3Your Role Responsibilities: /h3 ulliWhen a significant flight disruption occurs (e.g., delays exceeding 3 hours), our operations team will contact you with all the details.
/li /ul ulliRespond on Short Notice: Travel to the Fiumicino International Airport arrivals area when notified.
/li /ul ulliInform Passengers: Distribute informational flyers to passengers of the affected flight and explain how FlightHelp can assist them.
/li /ul ulliBe a Reassuring Presence: Communicate with passengers in a friendly, calm, and professional manner.




/li /ul ulli(Note: No airport security clearance is required for this role).
/li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 pHigh Flexibility: /p ulliA completely flexible schedule based on flight disruption events.
Work only when incidents occur and you are available.
/li /ul h3Great Compensation /h3 ulli20$ per assignment (each assignment lasts approximately 1 hour) + 15$ per claim after the first 5; /li /ul pFull Expense Reimbursement: /p ulliAdditional costs such as fuel, parking fees, or public transportation tickets are fully covered.
/li /ul pPerformance Bonuses: /p ulliOpportunity for additional performance-based bonuses and long-term collaboration with increased responsibilities.
/li /ul h3Candidate Profile /h3 pLocation: /p ulliResidence in Fiumicino, Italy or the surrounding area.
