/p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liProvide organisational support to the Engineering Director and the team, including meeting scheduling and basic logistics coordination for visitors (clients, suppliers, colleagues from other offices).
/li liSupport administrative and back?office activities related to business travel.
/li liManage business travel for staff in coordination with the external travel agency, including collecting requests, handling bookings, and coordinating visa procedures.
/li liCollaborate with the main business functions to ensure effective operational coordination.
/li liSupport the organisation of internal and external meetings, including workshops.
/li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liAt least 2 years of experience in similar roles.
/li liHigh school diploma.
/li liGood command of the English language.
/li liStrong organisational and planning skills.
/li liAccuracy, tidiness and attention to detail.
