Gas/Steam Turbine Assembly Supervisor

ppIn this role you supervise the assembly of gas and steam turbines and auxiliaries, ensuring alignment, piping, and verification of critical clearances.
You work closely with the Line and Site Managers to plan work, monitor progress, and hand over to commissioning, while maintaining safety and quality.
You will coordinate with customers, subcontractors, and field engineers to resolve technical queries and drive on-site performance.
This position offers exposure to high-impact turbine projects in a global, cross-cultural environment and a pathway to system turnover and commissioning leadership.
/pullicanteen /lilihealth insurance /liliPlan work sequences and assign tasks to the team /liliVerify availability of critical parts and tools /liliEnsure milestone completion and smooth handover to commissioning /liliProduce progress reports, job packs, and as-built documentation /liliManage deviations, hold points, and approvals (RFI, NCR) /liliVerify rotating part clearances and hydraulic/casing torques /liliDirect set-on-foundation, leveling, and bolting for turbine and generator /liliExecute shaft alignment and manage catenary curve calculations /liliSupervise installation of piping, lube oil skids,



and air/exhaust systems /liliCoordinate lube oil flushing and leak testing /liliProvide technical instruction to customer representatives /liliReport deviations to Line Manager and Site Manager /liliRespond to technical queries from subcontractors with Field Engineers /liliSupport issuance of NCRs, DRNs, MRs, FOSs and contribute to resolution /liliIssue Field Observation Sheets /liliAssist turnover engineer for system turnover and commissioning preparation /liliDegree or diploma in Mechanical or related field /liliMinimum 5 years of field experience on rotating machines installation /liliKnowledge of mechanical rotating equipment, tolerances, laser alignment, controlled bolting /liliKnowledge of auxiliary systems (fuel gas/liquid, lubrication, cooling, air systems) /liliKnowledge of laser alignment tools, hydraulic tensioners and special tooling, borescope and vibration analyzers (CSI, SKF) /liliAbility to read PID, isometric drawings, and mechanical layouts /liliMS Office /liliStrong leadership and team management /liliAbility to work in multicultural contests /liliProblem solving and decision-making /liliHigh focus on safety, quality, and compliance /li /ulpIn this role you supervise the assembly of gas and steam turbines and auxiliaries, ensuring alignment, piping, and verification of critical ... /p /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
