/ph3Mission /h3pIn this role, you will contribute to the design, implementation and evolution of IT security technologies, architectures and policies for RINA's internal digital environment.
You will ensure that all security measures comply with internal guidelines and external regulatory requirements, while also supporting MA activities when requested.
You will support security audits, will manage the incident management and risk management processes.
We are looking for a proactive and strategic professional with a strong understanding of IT security technologies, risk management principles and practices, capable of contributing to maintaining a robust company information security posture compliant with relevant regulations and standards.
/ph3Key Accountabilities /h3ulliIT Strategy and Framework: /liliParticipate in the design and implementation phases of the IT strategy and operating framework.
/liliAdvanced Security Solutions Support: /liliProvide advanced support in designing security solutions and architectures.
/liliPolicy and Architecture Evolution: /liliAssist in evolving the IT security architecture and related policies.
/liliEnsure the management and monitoring of IT security requirements.
/liliGovernance and Standards: /liliSupport governance efforts to set and enforce standards for IT security.
/liliLegal and Regulatory Compliance: /liliSupport in translating legal and regulatory requirements into information security requirements.
/liliSupport the DPO in GDPR compliance activities.
/liliData Security Implementation: /liliImplement technical and procedural measures to ensure data security.
/liliAudit Coordination:
/liliSupport internal and external auditing activities for compliance.
/liliVulnerability Management: /liliManage periodic Vulnerability Assessments and Penetration Testing.
/liliDefine and oversee remediation activities.
/liliIncident Management: /liliManage and report IT security incidents.
/liliCollaborate with the DPO for personal data breaches.
/liliRisk Management: /liliAdopt and support a structured risk management process for projects and IT activities.
/li /ulh3Education /h3pBachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering /ppMaster's Degree in Cyber Security /ph3Qualifications /h3ulli5 years of experience in IT security support or a similar role.
/liliExperience in supporting the design and implementation of security architectures and policies.
/liliGood knowledge of IT security technologies, tools, and best practices.
/liliFamiliarity with vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and incident management.
/liliFamiliarity with Risk Assessment Processes /liliUnderstanding of GDPR, ISO*****, NIS2 and other relevant data protection regulations.
/liliAbility to support translating regulatory requirements into security policies and procedures.
/liliSoft Leadership skills, with the ability to independently manage projects and stakeholder relationships adeptly.
/liliFluency in Italian and English is mandatory.

/li /ulh3Compensation Data /h3pThe salary range and job grade for this position are defined based on objective, role-related criteria, and responsibilities in accordance with bCCNL RINA /b(CNEL code I480).
The gross annual salary range foreseen is between b€55,000 /b and b€65,000 /b and will be finally defined on candidate's professional experience, qualifications, competencies, and overall alignment with the role.
In addition, an annual variable compensation component is provided, based on both Company and individual performance objectives in accordance with the current policies and collective agreements.
The overall compensation package is complemented by the Company's welfare.
