ppSpecialista Senior / Project Manager /ppIn this role you will lead end-to-end WMS solution delivery, bridging the software factory and business operations.
You will guide design, testing, and cut-over activities to ensure alignment with requirements and value realization.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine specifications, manage priorities, and support go-live and hypercare.
You will drive issue resolution through root-cause analysis and monitor progress against KPIs.

and hypercare /liliIdentify gaps and evaluate solution proposals /liliLog defects and support root-cause analysis to resolve issues /liliCollaborate with operations engineers and process owners to refine business specs for new functionalities /liliMonitor progress and report according to defined KPIs /liliCommunicate with customers and internal stakeholders /liliDegree in Information Systems, Computer Science or Engineering preferred /liliProven experience in the supply chain and logistics industry /liliHands-on WMS experience; Blue Yonder knowledge a plus /lili3-5 years in software delivery/solution implementation /liliAbility to learn new software applications quickly /liliAttention to detail and problem-solving mindset /liliStrong data analysis skills with the ability to synthesize large datasets /liliStructured communication and ability to present information appropriately to the audience /liliConcise and timely reporting to internal/external customers and vendors /liliAbility to plan workloads in dynamic environments with shifting priorities /liliSQL knowledge mandatory; Jira, Confluence, and Xray a plus /liliTeam-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable working across functions and geographies /liliFluent in Italian and English; additional European language a plus /li /ulpIn this role you will lead end-to-end WMS solution delivery, bridging the software factory and business operations.
