/p h3Collaborate with the best /h3 pAs a Sourcing Advisor - Sourcing Management: Supplier Quality Engineering you take the ownership of initiatives in strict synergy with the Supplier Quality Manager and the execution team within the Fuel Control Safety Solutions-FCSS business.
In this role, you will follow an individual working plan, meet initiatives related objectives, and resolve issues through immediate action or short-term planning.
/p pAs aSourcing Advisor - Sourcing Management: Supplier Quality Engineering, you will be responsible for: /p ul liLead initiatives and actions in close collaboration with the business Global Supplier Quality Leader and staff with a significantly high impact on the organization ul liPreparation of Scorecard Review for all production facilities /li liPreparation of monthly Supplier Quality metrics and reporting /li liBenchmarking with other business lines to capture best practices /li liCreation and deployment of QMS standards /li liScout business processes opportunities for automation (eg via generative AI) and finalize Business Cases /li /ul /li liDrive complex suppliers' related problem solving activities across the sites /li liCoordinate with Regional Supplier Quality Manager to ensure timely execution of Supplier Quality Development Plan /li liManage effective communication between the project execution team (e.g., Buyer, Fulfillment, Project Manager, Project Quality Manager, Project Engineer,
etc.) and suppliers, to ensure quality and on-time delivery execution.
/li /ul h3Fuel your passion /h3 pTo be successful in this role, you will: /p ul liOwn good project management skill and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines /li liPossess lean and process optimization proven track of records /li liOwn a significant experience in one or more of the following industrial areas: raw material, machined parts, engineered systems /li liHave a data driven mindset /li liBe fluent in Italian and English /li /ul pIt will be a matter of preference: /p ul liHave an Engineering degree or equivalent working experience /li liHave previous expertise in oil gas/automotive business /li liHave previous role as quality, operations manager across big corporations considered a matter of preference /li liHave experience with QA/QC tools and techniques /li liHave good negotiation skills /li liWilling to travel frequently (up to 50% of the time) /li liBe resilient and be able to work under stress /li liBe results driven and self-directed /li liPossess good verbal and written communication skills /li /ul h3Work in a way that works for you /h3 pWe recognise that everyone is different and the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best varies.
