ph3Subsidiary Account Manager - C13 - Milan /h3pAs Subsidiary Account Manager, you will manage and grow Citi's relationships with local subsidiaries of multinational clients to deepen wallet share and drive revenue.
You will work with the Global Network Banking team to ensure seamless delivery of Citi's products in-country, leveraging insights to tailor solutions.
You'll lead cross-functional efforts to originate opportunities, manage risk, and mentor junior bankers.
This role blends relationship management, strategic advisory, and execution in a dynamic local market.

coordinating with Product Specialists to deliver banking solutions /liliManage local client pipeline and achieve/exceed revenue targets /liliMentor junior bankers on client needs and business opportunities /liliLead cross-functional teams to deliver multi-product solutions and secure necessary resources /liliDemonstrate advanced credit acumen and discuss risk-return trade-offs with clients and stakeholders /liliAlign activities with local/global strategies, including campaigns and wallet sizing /liliAssist in escalations and contribute to local market strategy and product development initiatives /lili6-10 years of experience in the field /liliDeep understanding of the local market, economy, and regulatory environment /liliStrong credit understanding and risk assessment skills /liliExtensive knowledge of corporate banking products, especially Treasury and Trade Solutions (TTS) and Markets /liliProven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and act as a strategic advisor /liliStrong planning, negotiation, organizational and analytical skills /liliExcellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills /liliBachelor's/University degree; Master's degree preferred /li /ul /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
