/p pWe are currently looking for a brilliant Junior Production Project Manager.
The role is responsible for supporting Production Project Managers in the technical management and coordination of F1 car parts production.
They ensure that technical solutions and processes agreed with all stakeholders meet technical, quality requirements and planning constraints.
/p h3Job Description /h3 pbProduction and Technical Support /b /p pProvide support to Production Project Managers in all technical aspects of the main car projects.
/p pProvide support to Production Project Managers in creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation, including both technical procedures and ERP routing.
/p pCreate technical reports and escape to management, as needed.
/p pInvestigate new processes and technologies cooperating with technical departments.
/p pbTechnical Leadership Delivery /b /p pOversee and take full ownership of all technical and manufacturing aspects of simple car projects assigned (including Non Conformities or Faults raised during track events).
/p pWork with Design Office to identify and agree the best technical solutions (in terms of manufacturing feasibility).
/p pWork with all stakeholders (i.e.



Design Office, Quality, PMO, Car Eng., etc.) to identify and develop the best solutions in terms of feasibility, production processes, planning and final product quality.
/p pWork with Production Departments to provide daily assistance, optimize lead time and improve quality.
/p pWork with Production Planning Department to optimize lead times.
/p pbCollaboration, Teamwork Culture /b /p pProvide flexible attendance and attitude to work, both in line with the requirements of the role and any specific requirements of the projects.
/p pWork in a professional manner at all times regardless of the task set and be pro-active in promoting a positive image for the department and for the team.

/p pIn line with pay transparency regulations (Legislative Decree *******), the minimum fixed salary for this role is the contractual minimum set by the National Collective Labour Agreement for the Metalworking Industry (Federmeccanica/Assistal) for classification level C3.
We specify that the above mentioned level is a minimum threshold and does not correspond to the overall compensation package, which is determined by objective, measurable and gender-neutral criteria, being higher than the contractual minimum indicated.
/p h3Qualifications /h3 pMaster/bachelor degree in Aerospace/Mechanical Engineering(or equivalent).
/p pPreferredpreviuousexperience in an equivalent role in motorsport industry.
/p pStrong, broad understanding of carbon prepreg processes.
/p pFluency in English (spoken and written), fluency in Italian is preferred.
/p pStrong knowledge ofMicrosoft Office tools.
/p pProactivity, Innovation, and excellent communication skills.
/p pExcellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet tight deadlines and handle changing priorities.
