ppAs Global Brand Manager you will shape the strategy and PL for assigned licensed eyewear brands from the Padua HQ.
You'll lead cross-functional efforts across product development, marketing, and licensing to drive growth, collections, and GTM initiatives.
You'll manage partnerships with licensors, oversee lifecycle management of collections, and monitor performance to protect profitability.
This role offers international scope, high visibility, and the chance to influence brand futures in collaboration with diverse teams.

pricing, ranking, lifecycle /li liMonitor sales, business plans, and marketing spend; identify risks and steer actions to hit targets /li liProvide strategic direction for distribution and financial objectives /li liLead special projects with cross-functional coordination and successful implementation /li liDrive GTM tools and initiatives with training support and clear product communication /li li5+ years in Marketing and/or Brand Management /li liEnglish: excellent written and spoken skills /li liStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint /li liData-driven mindset with advanced analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights /li liSolid understanding of PL and profitability/margin analysis /li liStrong marketing planning capabilities and knowledge of KPIs /li liExcellent problem-solving skills and teamwork ability across multiple projects /li liMotivated to work in a dynamic, international environment /li /ul /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
