Trench Italy, part of Trench Group, is seeking a mid-level Order Coordinator to enter, process, and manage customer orders from initial contact through to delivery and invoicing. You will be the main point of contact across the order lifecycle.
You will coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery, monitor invoicing and payment status, handle export documents and certificates, and liaise with banks and authorities to support smooth trade across borders.
