/p h3DESCRIPTION /h3 pJoin our collaborative team as a PPI Business System Specialist I to support continuous improvement across Thermo Fisher Scientific.
In this role, you'll implement the Practical Process Improvement (PPI) Business System to enhance efficiencies, enrich customer experience, and increase employee engagement.
Working with cross-functional teams, you'll coordinate Kaizen events, facilitate process improvements, and support a culture of operational excellence.
You'll analyze data, develop solutions, and guide teams in lean methodologies to achieve measurable improvements in safety, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
/p h3REQUIREMENTS /h3 ul liBachelor's degree required,



no prior experience required /li liPreferred Fields of Study: Engineering, Science, Business, or related field /li liLean/Six Sigma certification desirable but not required /li liStrong expertise in lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies /li liExperience leading Kaizen events, value stream mapping, 5S, standard work implementation /li liAdvanced proficiency in data analysis and root cause investigation techniques /li liDemonstrated ability to facilitate cross-functional teams and support process improvements /li liExcellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously /li liStrong communication and presentation skills for effectively engaging all organizational levels /li liProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) /li liKnowledge of cGMP/GDP principles preferred /li liDemonstrated success implementing sustainable process improvements /li liStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities /li liAbility to guide others in continuous improvement methods /li liFocus on achieving outcomes with commitment to positive change /li liExperience with productivity tracking and performance metrics /li liStrong interpersonal skills and ability to build collaborative relationships /li liAbility to work various shifts as needed to support improvement initiatives /li /ul /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
