ph3Continuous Improvement Engineering Specialist /h3pAs a Continuous Improvement Engineering Specialist, you will bridge global design, manufacturing, and project management to drive process change from concept to end-of-life.
You optimize engineering productivity by supporting NPDI, VAVE, and Sustaining teams, ensuring high-quality, first-time-right execution.
You collaborate with international RD and manufacturing groups to standardize methods and reduce regional variability.
This role offers the chance to influence cross-functional workflows, performance reporting, and resource planning in a global setting.
/pulliOwn improvement process identification, execution, and implementation; enable adoption by engineering teams /liliLead Lessons Learned, root cause analysis, and quality reviews after projects /liliServe as operational contact for NPDI, VAVE,



and Sustaining teams to ensure workflow adherence /liliAct as global liaison to ensure SOPs and technical methods are consistently applied /liliCollect feedback from regional groups and propose practical process adjustments /liliGenerate weekly/monthly status reports focused on engineering efficiency and process adherence /liliAssist PMOs with resource planning by tracking capacity and utilization across active projects /liliStrong understanding of NPDI and its intersection with manufacturing (VAVE/Sustaining) /liliAnalytical and communicative; able to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects /liliCollaborative, problem-solving mindset with process-adherence discipline /liliSelf-starter with motivation and ability to drive change /liliProficient in Microsoft Office /liliCustomer-oriented with written and spoken English /lili2–5 years of role-equivalent experience in a global, cross-functional environment /liliEngineering/manufacturing experience in the power business preferred /li /ulpAs a Continuous Improvement Engineering Specialist, you will bridge global design, manufacturing, and project management to drive process ch... /p /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
