/p h3Partner with the best /h3 pThe Project HSE Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining health, safety, and environmental policies and programs across all phases of Modules construction project, from design and procurement phases to operations, including structures fabrication at strategic suppliers yards and construction activities, commissioning, load out at Avenza site.
The role ensures compliance with HSE legal, regulatory, and client requirements while promoting a strong Safety Culture and zero-incident performances.
/p pYou will be responsible for: /p ul liDefine project HSE plans, requirements, risk management strategy and activities among the project lifecycle from proposal phase to project execution/completion /li liPlan, implement, coordinate all HSE activities within project, as per project complexity, scope of work, HSE plans, company and contractual requirements and relevant laws, standards, and regulations /li liAct as primary interface in dealing with project management team and client representatives in all issues related to HSE during project execution /li liEnsure that all HSE activities at project level are carried on in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations, client requirements, international standards and company Environmental and Safety Standards, including suppliers/contractors /li liAssist project management team in risk management process (i.e. method statements, JSAs, HAZID, HAZOP, etc) during preliminary constructability HSE assessments and de-risking activities /li liEnsure emergency preparedness, monitor and coordinate emergency drills and follow-up for the project scope /li liMonitor environmental aspects such as waste management, pollution prevention, spills control, air emissions and hazardous materials handling /li liDevelop and maintains statistical data, KPIs and trend reports, prepare and manage periodical HSE meetings with key project management figures,
contractors and client representatives /li liLead events investigations using Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and ensure corrective actions are tracked and implemented /li liConduct and manage internal / external HSE audits, operative inspections, findings / observations tracking and follow-up /li liCoordinate internal HSE supervision team to ensure the compliance with the company policies, management systems and project requirements /li liDevelop and coordinate project safety training programs and to promote a safety behavioral culture within the project organization, including suppliers and contractors /li liEstablish and perform HSE cultural initiatives and programs for a proper implementation of proactive Safety culture (i.e. Safety Days, HSE campaigns, HSE leadership engagement, workshops, toolbox talks, Safety stand-downs) /li /ul h3Fuel your passion /h3 pTo be successful in this role you will have: /p ul liBachelor of Science Degree (BSc) in Engineering from an accredited university /li liMinimum 10+ years of experience within project HSE management duties in EPC/Construction companies preferably in OilGas or Energy sectors /li liMust be conversant with local and international HSE laws, regulations and standards /li liExcellent written and verbal communication skills and proven track record of successful project management /li liQualification as internal auditor on ISO ***** and ISO *****, and knowledge of ISO **** /li liFamiliar with method statements, JSAs, HAZOP and HAZID methodologies /li liStrong leadership, problem-solving and interpersonal skills /li liChampion HSE by setting a personal example and demonstrate leadership in the implementation of HSE processes and initiatives.
