ph3The opportunity /h3pWe are looking for an experienced candidate who will execute /ppWe are looking for an experienced candidate who will execute Service site activities on Transformers, in accordance with Hitachi Energy standard processes, quality standards and safety guidelines.
He or she will deliver quality customer service to satisfy customers and, in close cooperation with customer and other teams, will also take actions to identify new Service business opportunities for the company.
/ph3How You'll Make An Impact /h3ulliPerform Service tasks like Installation and Commissioning of equipment and routine maintenance independently; /liliIdentify technical problems and make analysis through remote or on-site activity in different Service categories (Installation and Commissioning, routine maintenance, oil treatment, accessories replacements, etc.); /liliLow Voltage test at site; /liliElectrical cabling for new accessories installation and new digital devices; /liliContribute to customer satisfaction by executing Service work according to customer order and expectation.
Maintain a good relationship with customers.
Identify new sales opportunities and communicates them internally; /liliCoordinate, prepare and ensure that all materials, parts and equipment are available and at the appropriate quality for Service activities; /liliPrepare all documents and report to be signed by the customer representative.
Report work done in a timely manner and follow up when needed; /liliTroubleshoot simple equipment failure and make recommendations to avoid repeating the problem in the future; /liliProvide recommendations to management to improve operations and customer service; /liliApply safety rules and safe practices as well as environmental responsibilities.
Report unsafe practices and incidents.
/liliCoordinate different subcontractor for the scope /li /ulh3Your background /h3ulliElectrical Technical diploma.
/liliGood knowledge of both Italian and English; /lili5+ years of experience in a similar role inside Transformers field is required; /liliFlexibility, independence and problem solving skills are nice to have; /liliAvailability to travel (100%) in Italy.

/ppThe minimum salary for this position in the location specified is as follows: /ph3Starting from: 38,000 gross annual salary /h3pIn addition to the base salary, this role includes a performance bonus and a results-based premio, designed to reward both individual contribution and company performance.
