In this role you turn user behaviour and funnel data into actionable insights to boost conversion across web and app channels. You join a cross-functional analytics and performance team to scale the marketing engine quickly and sustainably. You combine strategic vision with hands-on execution, delivering quick wins while laying foundations for longer-term growth. You will work on acquisition and in-life optimization, collaborating with content, performance, and commercial leads to drive measurable impact.

Conduct acquisition funnel analysis to identify drop-offs and improvement opportunities
Co-create tagging and tracking strategy for events and conversions
Study page-level user behavior using session recordings, heatmaps,



clicks to surface friction and usability issues
Translate insights into actionable recommendations for Content Marketing Specialists
Collaborate with performance and commercial teams to assess paid traffic quality and downstream conversions
Build and maintain dashboards to monitor funnel health and conversion KPIs over time
Support A/B test design with data hypotheses and post-test analyses
Experience of at least 5 years in a similar role
Degree in Digital Marketing, Statistics, Engineering, or Economics
Proficiency in English
Knowledge of analytics for APP & WEB
Experience with Adobe Analytics, Amplitude, Optimizely, and Hotjar
