Where is the work: On-Site (5 days) /ph3HVAC Equipment Application Engineer - Roma/Milano /h3pJob Summary /ppThe Equipment Application Engineer is responsible for selecting and sizing units based on the specific requirements of each application and providing technical support throughout all project phases, from early design through installation.
/ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliProvide technical guidance and consultancy to Sales Engineers and customers on equipment and hydronic systems.
/liliPrepare technical and commercial proposals for Trane equipment and auxiliary equipment.
/liliPropose innovative technical solutions, including basic schematics and control logic for advanced chilled and hot water plants.
/liliProvide guidance and training to the sales network on software and products.
/liliPrepare and deliver technical product presentations.
/liliConduct webinars and live seminars for customers.
/liliCheck the technical compliance of received orders.
/liliUpdate CRM records accurately and regularly.
/liliCooperate with internal teams such as Sales and Customer Care, as well as external stakeholders including designers, end users, and contractors.
/li /ulh3Qualifications and Expectations /h3ulliDegree in Engineering, preferably in Thermodynamics, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.




/liliGood knowledge of the fundamental concepts of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning.
/liliGood sales and customer-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team.
/liliGood communication skills and the ability to collaborate with different groups, including customers and clients.
/liliProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
/liliLanguages: Italian and fluent English.
