ph3About the Position: /h3 pProcess Launch Management Engineer – Electronics team, based at our office in Corbetta (Milano, IT).
Reports directly to the Electronics Process Launch Management Manager.
/p pAs the Process Launch Management Engineer at Marelli, you will coordinate and validate offers and new product launch activities, securing simultaneous engineering and manufacturing standards application, capex optimization and re-use, removing roadblocks, and assuring a silent launch through continuous monitoring of the project status to achieve target cost, quality and time to market.
/p h3Responsibilities: /h3 ul liServe as the first reference of the Division in Process Launch Management for any manufacturing-related task activation.
/li liAct as the reference between Plant Process Launch Management and Product Development teams, securing offer activation and delivery with simultaneous engineering and standards application.
/li liBe the manufacturing reference for RFI/RFQ kick?offs, confirming production sites, local plant PLM nomination, and coordinating multi?plant offers and industrialization.
/li liValidate final plant industrial offers against RFI/RFQ, securing new capex avoidance, equipment re?use, and best manufacturing standard solutions.
/li liMonitor and report manufacturing needs/risks (capex, areas, saturations, etc.), deploy further study onsite and with central ELS AME.
/li liTrack and report process milestones, readiness, and baseline process KPI progress.
/li liReport critical upcoming situations to avoid product and process development roadblocks.
/li liEscalate blocking points for resolution support.
/li liReport plant PLM training gaps, resource needs, and structural gaps relative to the current manufacturing organization.
/li liProvide online and/or onsite support for blocking points or event at risk, ensuring appropriate escalation for a silent launch.
/li liEnsure compliance with customer requirements, specifications, internal norms, procedures and function guidelines.




/li liSupport manufacturing KDs (Key Deliverables) implementation to ensure gate approvals.
/li liAssist project management tasks and plant for product change requests, mitigating quality, cost and timing impacts, continuous improvement, and VAVE activities.
/li /ul h3Qualifications: /h3 ul liEngineering degree.
/li li5+ years of relevant experience.
/li liStrong understanding of production processes.
/li liProject management and project governance tool knowledge.
/li liProblem?solving approach and analytic tools (e.g. FMEA, FTA).
/li liIndustrial KPI knowledge (OEE, CT, FTQ).
/li liDeep knowledge of IATF***** requirements and related tools (FMEA, PPAP, SPC, APQP).
/li liGood planning and analytical skills.
/li liFluent written and spoken English.
