In this role, you won't just file patents—you will be the architect of our IP portfolio, acting as the crucial bridge between our RD teams and the world of external legal counsel.

/h3pLead "patent mining" sessions within our RD labs to uncover and evaluate patentable inventions.
You are the critical eye that reviews technical disclosures before they go to our external partners... ensuring nothing groundbreaking is missed.
/ph3External Counsel Management: Be the conductor!
/h3pServe as the primary point of contact for our network of patent firms.
Provide technical briefings, review drafts, and act as the quality gatekeeper to guarantee that every filing accurately represents the heart of our technology... legal jargon won't get in the way on your watch!

/h3pCritically analyze patent applications and responses to patent offices.

/ph3What are we looking for?
/h3pWe are looking for someone with abMaster's Degree in Engineering /b(Mechanical, Electronic, Software, etc.) or Physics.
/ppDo you have experience?
bSuper!
/bWe need someone with at leastb5+ years in an IP-focused role /b, either in-house or as a technical specialist in a patent firm.
/ph3Legal Technical Expertise: /h3pYou have a solid command ofbEPC and PCT procedures /b.
Knowledge of trademark filing systems (EUIPO/WIPO) is a strong plus.
You are also proficient with professional IP databases and management software.
/ph3Languages are mandatory!
/h3pYou must have full professional proficiency inbboth English and Italian /b, as you will be reviewing complex technical-legal documents in both languages.
/ph3And... last but not least: /h3pYou must be comfortable withbbusiness travel /b, including international trips, to visit RD sites, attend hearings, or meet with external partners.
