ph3Data Engineer – Team Process Optimization (m/f/d) /h3pOur Process Optimization team is looking for a Data Engineer (m/w/d) to help us turn operational data into actionable insight and drive continuous improvement across the business.
/ph3What awaits you : /h3ulliAnalyze business processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities and translate process-improvement questions into data solutions, working closely with process owners and business stakeholder /liliDesign, development, and optimization of scalable ETL/ELT pipelines, Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, and semantic data models using Python, Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft Fabric, ensuring high-quality, governed data that supports analytics, reporting, and process optimization.
/liliDevelop interactive Microsoft Power BI dashboards and analytical reports that deliver actionable insights and drive data-driven decision-making.
/liliDocument technical solutions, promote data engineering best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement through automation and process standardization initiatives /li /ulh3What you bring along: /h3ulliExperience in Data Engineering or a similar role /liliProven experience designing and implementing ETL/ELT processes /liliProgramming skills in Python /liliSQL knowledge and experience with relational databases /liliHands-on experience with Microsoft Azure data services /liliExperience developing dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI /liliSolid understanding of data modeling, dimensional modeling, and data warehousing concepts /liliExperience integrating data from APIs, databases, ERP systems,
