/p pThis role is responsible for bdesigning and leading the company's people development strategies and performance management processes /b, ensuring the growth of skills and the promotion of a bculture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement /b.
The role works closely with HR leadership, department heads, and cross-functional teams to ensure bstrategic alignment of talent initiatives with business goals /b, fostering an engaging and high-performance workplace.
/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Career Development /h3 ul liDesign, implement, and continuously evolve bcareer development frameworks and progression models /b across the Group, ensuring clarity, consistency, and scalability.
/li liDefine and manage bcareer paths and professional growth journeys /b for key roles and job families, aligned with business strategy and organizational needs.
/li liPartner with HR leadership and line managers to support binternal mobility, succession planning, and talent retention /b through structured career development initiatives.
/li liEnsure career frameworks promote a culture of bmeritocracy, accountability, and long-term skill development /b.
/li /ul h3Skills Assessment /h3 ul liDesign and implement bskills assessment models /b to evaluate technical, professional, and leadership competencies across the organization.
/li liDevelop and maintain bskill mapping and competency frameworks /b, enabling a clear link between roles, required skills, and development actions.
/li liSupport managers in identifying bskill gaps and development priorities /b, translating assessment outcomes into targeted learning and development plans.
/li liLeverage HR systems and data to ensure bconsistency, reliability, and analytical rigor /b in skills evaluation processes.
/li /ul h3Performance Feedback Management /h3 ul liManage the bannual performance evaluation cycle /b, from goal setting and mid-year reviews to final evaluations.
/li liEnsure performance evaluation mechanisms are btransparent, fair, and data-driven /b, supporting differentiated performance outcomes.
/li liDevelop and manage bstructured continuous feedback systems /b, fostering a culture of open dialogue, growth mindset, and ongoing performance improvement.
/li liTrain and support managers in adopting beffective feedback behaviors /b and integrating feedback into day-to-day people management practices.
/li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liDegree in bHuman Resources, Economics, Organizational Psychology /b, or related fields.
/li lib3-5 years of experience /b in HR roles focused on bpeople development, learning development, and performance management /b.
/li liStrong knowledge of bperformance management and learning methodologies, and feedback systems /b.
/li liStrong expertise in bSAP SuccessFactors /b, leveraging Performance, Learning, and Talent modules to drive scalable people development, performance management, and data-driven HR decision?making (Plus).
/li liExcellent banalytical and project management skills /b, able to handle complex initiatives.
/li liStrong bcommunication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities /b.
/li liBusiness-oriented mindset with bstrategic thinking /b and results focus.
/li liGood command of bEnglish /b; additional languages are a plus.
