ppMy client is looking to recruit a new ASIC Design Manager - in the city of Bergamo, located less than an hour from Milan.
/ppThe company is (VERY) well-funded, rapidly growing, and has ambitious plans for **** and beyond, for their cutting edge Silicon-Photonics chips - targeting the AI / DC market.
/ppThe position will be responsible for leading / managing a complex team of Semiconductor professionals - focussing on the development of new cutting-edge integrated material chips.
/ppThe ideal applicant will have previous experience managing multi-functional teams - across digital design, analog design / mixed-signal, verification, applications engineering, physical design etc.
/ppPlus ideally have knowledge of more than silicon IP/chip development.




/ppApplicants need to have a confident background in an RD function.
/ppPrevious experience with new / advanced process technologies would be preferred: /ppLocals / Italian (AND English bilingual) speakers will have an advantage, but as this will be an international working environment, so non-Italian speakers / fluent English only speakers will also be considered.
