ppThe Lead Auditor is responsible for leading a team to conduct audits and assessments in compliance with DNV standards, international standards, or similar national standards.
These audits should be in accordance with established DNV methodologies and rules.
/p h3bWhat you'll do: /b /h3 ul liPlan and execute audits, report findings and follow up within agreed times scales and economic frameworks.
/li liMeet professional practice standards and demonstrate competence in core areas.
/li liDevelop and maintain positive relationships with client personnel.
/li liCarry out in an efficient and competent manner the work for DNV as required by instructions/ Quality System and/or as per formal agreement between the client and DNV.
/li liContact customers to confirm the planned activities.
/li liEnsure that the independent nature of the DNV scheme is not compromised at any time.
/li liMaintain/acquire his/her Auditor Registration with DNV or any other registration having been a basis for his acceptance as Lead Auditor within DNV.
/li liMaintain high morale by contributing to an effective positive work environment.
/li liAct as a team player who works well with others and guides through the professional development process, including timely completion of reviews and goal setting.
/li liMaintain effective communication with line management, between audit team members and clientbr/stakeholders.
/li liEnsure the correct use of production tools dedicated to auditing activities and the communication of updated data, to allow proper issue and management of certificates.
/li /ul pThe FB Lead Auditor reports to the Lead Auditor Coordinator Food Beverage.
