ph3KERING People Insights Analytics Partner /h3pIn this role you design and elevate People Analytics across Kering to enable data-driven decisions.
You will act as HR reporting SME, building scalable analytics for Houses and Group HR.
You'll evolve reporting from descriptive to AI-enabled insights and help raise data literacy.
You collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to create value through predictive analytics and workforce planning.

governance and a scalable analytics environment /liliDrive standardization and continuous improvement of HR reporting solutions /liliPromote data literacy via training and enablement for HR teams /liliAct as trusted advisor to HR stakeholders to support evidence-based decisions /liliMaster's degree in a related field /liliSignificant experience in HR Reporting, People Analytics or BI roles /liliStrong expertise in Workday Reporting and Microsoft Power BI /liliExperience translating business needs into reporting solutions for senior stakeholders /liliSolid understanding of HR data and analytics methodologies /liliExperience with advanced analytics or AI-enabled analytics is a plus /liliStrong analytical mindset and ability to turn data into insights /liliExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills /liliComfortable in fast-paced, international and matrix environments /li /ulpIn this role you design and elevate People Analytics across Kering to enable data-driven decisions.
