/p h3Questa Posizione Risponde a /h3 pHRBP BL Energy Distribution /p h3Your Role And Responsibilities /h3 pYou will support the HR Business Partner in managing key people-related processes and initiatives, contributing to employee engagement and internal communication activities while collaborating with stakeholders across different business functions.
The role offers the opportunity to develop a solid understanding of organizational dynamics, HR practices, data analysis, and operational coordination, gaining progressive exposure to the strategic and business-oriented aspects of the HRBP function.
/p h3You Will Be Mainly Accountable For /h3 ul liSupport HR Business Partner activities through data collection, reporting, organizational updates, and monitoring of key people metrics.
/li liSupport the communication and change management activities related to the company's transition to the MIND district, ensuring employees are informed, engaged, and involved throughout the process.
/li liDevelop relationships within the MIND ecosystem, partnering with external stakeholders and the Employer Branding team to create networking, collaboration, and community engagement opportunities that reinforce the company's employer value proposition.
/li liContribute to the execution of core HR processes,



including performance management, talent reviews, workforce planning, onboarding, and internal mobility initiatives.
/li liSupport internal communication activities by creating content, preparing communication materials, and coordinating information-sharing initiatives.
/li liAssist in the planning and delivery of employee engagement, wellbeing, inclusion, and employee experience programs, workshops, and internal events.
/li liCollaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate HR projects, track progress, gather feedback, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
/li /ul h3Qualifications For The Role /h3 ul liYou hold a degree in Human Resources or a related field.
/li liYou are comfortable working with MS Office, especially Excel.
/li liYou work accurately and use your analytical skills to solve problems and ensure quality.
/li liYou enjoy working collaboratively in a team.
/li liYou are fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
