Project Manager (m/f/d) - Terminal Projects Italy In this 2-year fixed-term role, you lead on-site delivery of railway infrastructure in Italy, driving a high-impact project. Lead day-to-day execution of railway infrastructure projects in Italy as on-site project manager and company representative
Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, and execution plans to ensure successful delivery
Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, suppliers, planners, and stakeholders on objectives and deliverables
Oversee construction activities ensuring quality, safety, contractual and technical compliance
Monitor performance across budget, schedule, resources, risks,
and scope with corrective actions as needed
Identify and resolve project issues and risks with practical solutions
Prepare and maintain project reporting with progress, risks, costs, and milestones for management
Build relationships with clients, contractors, authorities, and stakeholders while representing the company
Identify cost optimization and process improvement opportunities
Implement BIM methodologies to enhance coordination and visualization
Maintain strong relationships with local authorities and municipalities
Assist with land-related clarifications with local authorities and RFI
Assist with building permit procedures
Assist in technical Site DD for upcoming Italian CargoBeamer locations
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related engineering discipline
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Microsoft Project; experience with iTWO and SAP is advantageous
Fluent in Italian with professional English proficiency (minimum B2); German is a plus
