ppIn this role you drive the strategy for Property Liability risk in the Italian market and serve as the main contact for selected agents within the Mid-Corporate team.
You support the local strategy to hit Allianz Mid Corporate targets and collaborate with sales, claims and other product lines to enable cross-selling.
You ensure underwriting discipline and governance while contributing to product development and new business acquisition.
You will work in a cross-functional, international environment to shape risk strategy and market growth.
/pulliEnsure underwriters comply with authority, pricing and rating guidelines /liliSteer and control the portfolio at local level to achieve financial targets /liliLiaise with functional areas to review end-to-end underwriting performance /liliCollaborate with Sales,
Claims and other product lines to execute marketing strategies including cross-selling /liliMaintain underwriting consistency and adherence to corporate guidelines and regulatory framework /liliSupport development and implementation of new or modified products /liliSupport acquisition of new business and retention (including agent/broker negotiations) /liliCommunicate local business strategy externally /liliMaster's degree in Engineering or Economics or Law /lili9-15 years underwriting profitable Property (PD/BI and Theft) and Liability experience for Corporate Clients /liliPreference for experience with multinational clients /liliProven leadership skills /liliExpertise in risk assessment and policy administration lifecycle /lilStrong pricing knowledge and market analysis /lliIdeally experience in designing/implementing robust wordings /liliIdeally experience in driving underwriting projects /liliAbility to work in an international organization /liliFluency in Italian and English (written and spoken) /liliVery good knowledge of Office 365 and other collaborative tools /li /ulpIn this role you drive the strategy for Property Liability risk in the Italian market and serve as the main contact for selected agent... /p /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
