ppIn this role you will lead reliability and CBM activities for Italy, guiding a dispersed team to deliver reliable equipment performance and customer value.
You will work with customers, engineers, and sales to implement best practices, drive KPI-driven improvements, and ensure safety and contract objectives are met.
The position offers a chance to shape reliability programs across a global services network and deliver measurable impact through technology and collaboration.
This role combines technical leadership with customer-facing responsibilities in a dynamic engineering environment.
/pulliLead reliability and Condition Monitoring contracts to achieve technical, operational, financial, and customer outcomes /liliDevelop and manage contract action plans and KPIs to meet objectives /liliPromote and enforce Environmental, Health and Safety standards across the team /liliManage customer contractual obligations related to reliability, inventory,



and service delivery /liliCoach and manage a geographically dispersed team of Reliability Engineers /liliProvide technical guidance for RCA investigations and bad actor equipment resolution /liliCollaborate with global CSD and SDO teams to adopt reliability best practices /liliSupport engineers in customer meetings and performance reviews /liliEnsure sites have tools, systems, and procedures for contract execution /liliPartner with End Users and Account Managers to pursue growth via upgrades and improvements /liliReview performance data to identify productivity and profitability opportunities /liliCoordinate with ServiceMax for record keeping, reporting, and dashboards /liliBuild strong customer relationships and ensure long-term partnership success /liliDeliver contractual KPIs and participate in business reviews /liliTechnical Degree or equivalent engineering qualification /liliStrong knowledge of plant maintenance and reliability engineering principles /liliExperience leading reliability, maintenance, or condition monitoring programs /liliProficiency in vibration monitoring techniques /liliStrong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills /liliAbility to analyze operational and financial performance data /liliExcellent communication, coaching, and leadership capabilities /liliWillingness to travel to support customers and operations /li /ulpIn this role you will lead reliability and CBM activities for Italy, guiding a dispersed team to deliver reliable equipment performance and /p /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
