/p pWe are looking for a brilliant Programme Application Specialist.
As part of our PMO Department, you will be a key player in ensuring that our project planning software effectively supports business needs.
You will coordinate project applications lifecycle from configuration to maintenance, troubleshooting and optimisation, training internal users and managing vendors.
/p h3Job Description /h3 pbProgramme Application Coordination /b /p pEnsure that applications used by the planning department are fully functional, up to date, and operating efficiently.
Together with the software developers and vendors, manage configuration, upgrades, and routine system health checks.
/p pAct as the primary point of contact with end-users for resolving technical issues: diagnose software bugs, contact developers or vendors to support them to solve the issue, manage incident tickets on daily basis, and restore services as soon as possible, follow up with end-users to ensure that incident has been properly corrected.
Keep the user community always informed of latest software development and status.
/p pCreate comprehensive training materials, documentation, and user guides, and ensures that they are always kept up to date.
Conduct training sessions to ensure end-users feel comfortable and proficient with all the planning software.
Keep the user community up to date of the latest system enhancements.
/p pCollaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into technical specifications to be presented to and follow up with the designated software developer.
Assist in the testing (User Acceptance Tests) and deployment of new software or system enhancements using collaborative tools to ensure all requirements and corrective actions are tracked correctly.
/p pWork alongside third-party software developers and vendors and internal IT team to integrate systems.
/p pDevelop, implement, maintain and use in-house tools and small-scale software to facilitate system maintenance and project management activities.
/p pRun as required (daily, weekly or ad hoc) project reports using business intelligence tools to create reports and dashboards that can be accessed by the business.
Extract the information from the analytic databases in specific formats so it can be reused in other downstream systems.

/p pbSalary Transparency /b /p pIn line with pay transparency regulations (Legislative Decree *******),
the minimum fixed salary for this role is the contractual minimum set by the National Collective Labour Agreement for the Metalworking Industry (Federmeccanica/Assistal) for classification level C3.
We specify that the above mentioned level is a minimum threshold and does not correspond to the overall compensation package, which is determined by objective, measurable and gender-neutral criteria, being significantly higher than the contractual minimum indicated.
/p h3Qualifications /h3 pBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (or equivalent industry experience).
/p pOperational understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
/p pGood skills in MS SQL and Python programming language and frameworks.
/p pAbility to evaluate business workflows, diagnose root causes of system errors, and develop viable solutions.
/p pProficient in using PowerBI for data analysis and business intelligence reporting, /p pExcellent communication skills to understand business stakeholders needs and exceptional ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms to non-technical users.
/p pProactive approach to work, able to quickly understand business needs and suggest feasible and practical solutions.
/p pExcellent social skills, with proven ability to work collaboratively with different stakeholders.
/p pHigh level of organizational skills with ability to work both independently and as a team player.
/p pAble to work to tight deadlines.
/p pProficiency in English and Italian.
