/li liCoordinate with suppliers toensureticketavailabilityandtimelydelivery forallscheduledtours.
/li /ul h3Booking OperationalSupport /h3 ul liBook supplier servicesrequiredfor tours,includingtransportation,restaurants,radios, andotheroperationalservices.
/li liSupport the Product Delivery andGuidesOperations teamswheneveroperationalassistanceisrequired.

/li liCollaboratecloselywith the Paris Procurement Manager and Operations team toensuresmoothdailyoperations.
/li /ul h3CRM Data Management /h3 ul liUpload tickets and bookingdocumentationintothe CRMaccuratelyand on time.
/li liUpdate ticketdetails,includingguest names and tour start times,ensuringallbooking informationiscorrect.
/li liRegularlyverifythateverytourhasthecorrecttickets anddocumentationattachedin the CRMbeforedeparture.
/li liExperience with booking systems, CRMplatforms, or data entryisappreciatedbutnotessential.
/li liA stronginterestin the travelindustryandwillingnesstolearnarehighlyvalued.
/li liExperiencewithinthe Paristourismindustryisanadvantage,butnotmandatory.
