ph3Production and Technical Support /h3pProvide support to Production Project Managers in all technical aspects of the main car projects.
/ppProvide support to Production Project Managers in creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation, including both technical procedures and ERP routing.
/ppCreate technical reports and raise to management, as needed.
/ppInvestigate new processes and technologies cooperating with technical departments.
/ph3Technical Leadership Delivery /h3pOversee and take full ownership of all technical and manufacturing aspects of simple car projects assigned (including Non Conformities or Faults raised during track events).
/ppWork with Design Office to identify and agree the best technical solutions (in terms of manufacturing feasibility).
/ppWork with all stakeholders (i.e. Design Office, Quality, PMO, Car Eng., etc.) to identify and develop the best solutions in terms of feasibility, production processes, planning and final product quality.
/ppWork with Production Departments to provide daily assistance, optimize lead time and improve quality.
/ppWork with Production Planning Department to optimize lead times.

/ppIn line with pay transparency regulations (Legislative Decree *******),



the minimum fixed salary for this role is the contractual minimum set by the National Collective Labour Agreement for the Metalworking Industry (Federmeccanica/Assistal) for classification level C3 .
We specify that the above mentioned level is a minimum threshold and does not correspond to the overall compensation package, which is determined by objective, measurable and gender-neutral criteria, being higher than the contractual minimum indicated.
