The successful candidate achieves targets assigned, manages the selling process, interacts directly with internal peer functions as well as deals directly with selected customers accordingly to the commercial and distribution policies and guidelines.
Support with market strategy deployment, providing commercial insights for assigned Accounts to enhance business growth and processes harmonization.
Be accountable for the performance of assigned portfolio and for the development of customer prospects in relevant area.
Build effective and sustainable partnerships with existing accounts, ensuring long lasting relationships with key decision makers across the customer's organization
Collaborate with Sales Division and involve subject matter experts across Stevanato Group to foster the Company's business model and deliver added value solutions
Serve as lead point of contact for all customer's service requests and queries.
Monitor market trends to identify and seize commercial opportunities for the Group.
Manage function's budget in line with business objectives/guidelines




Create effective relationships with actual and potential customers to foster growth and commercial opportunities for all stakeholders involved.
Market and Industry understanding and in-depth knowledge of key consumers and segments
Customers and Prospects products and processes understanding
Knowledge of Company Product and Production: process, features techniques
Key Account Planning and Project Management
Customer Service and CRM Management
Analysis and Reporting: methodologies, techniques, tools and applications
Budget management
IT Tools: use of company tools and applications (ERP, Office, etc.)
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
~ Technical/Engineering Degree or proved experience in Engineering After Sales
~+3 years of experiences in marketing or sales/account-management position in manufacturing corporations
~ Business Acumen
~ Time Management
~ Negotiation
~ Availability to business trips
Type of contract and salary will be based on experience.
