Co.Bo.T seeks an Operational Quality Lead to drive quality performance across our production facilities. You will align with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain and Project teams to reduce defects and improve right-first-time manufacture while fostering a culture of operational excellence.
Requirements include an engineering/quality degree, formal root cause analysis training, and proficiency in Lean Six Sigma with DMAIC. Leadership experience and fluent English are essential.
