In this Industrial Engineer role at Applied Materials, you will optimize manufacturing processes and layouts to boost efficiency, safety, and productivity in a high?tech production environment.
You'll lead cross?functional improvement projects and support new product introductions, including cleanroom work and capacity planning.
Your work will directly impact factory performance and product readiness in a global materials engineering company.

Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes using methods engineering, time & motion studies, and continuous improvement
Lead Industrial Engineering projects from evaluation to implementation, including cost analysis, ROI, and performance tracking
Design and optimize plant layouts, including cleanroom spaces, production bays, material staging, and handling systems
Support new product introduction by defining manufacturing line design, material flow, tooling, and production setup (PLC/ePLC deliverables)
Conduct ergonomics and human factors assessments and implement safe, effective work environments
Develop and maintain capacity models for workforce,



equipment, space, and materials
Collaborate cross?functionally with engineering, production, and logistics teams to implement manufacturing solutions
Establish and standardize processes aligning with quality standards and best practices
Perform simulations and data analysis to support decision?making and operational improvements
Act as a role model for safety, compliance, and company values on the production floor
Responsabilità
Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering or related field
Strong analytical and problem?solving skills
Experience in manufacturing environments (cleanroom experience is a plus)
Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and tools
Ability to perform ROI analysis and simulations
Strong collaboration and communication skills
