Marketing & Growth Analyst (They/She/He)
In this role, you will translate data into actionable insights to boost Glovo's presence and orders in Southeast Europe.
You'll work closely with the SEE Growth team to identify growth opportunities across traffic, conversion and retention, leveraging pricing, promotions, events, CRM and other levers.
You'll drive end-to-end projects from framing to implementation, and maintain scalable KPIs and reporting tooling.
You'll communicate complex insights clearly to diverse stakeholders and help shape data-driven decisions.
This is a hands-on, impact-focused position at a fast-growing on-demand platform with a strong emphasis on data and experimentation.
Understand business needs of SEE countries and create insightful analyses to support decisions
Identify growth opportunities to increase user base focusing on traffic, conversion and retention
Drive projects end-to-end turning business challenges into insights and actions
Own KPI reporting and build customized, scalable tools
Assist colleagues in accessing the right data and translate concepts to audience needs
Drive clarity and solve ambiguity using data-driven approaches
Apply quantitative analysis, data mining, and data presentation to understand user interactions and growth opportunities
1–2 years of experience in similar roles leading analysis and turning insights into actions
Academic background in Math, Engineering, Business, Stats or Quantitative field
SQL proficiency is mandatory
Python is a plus
Ninja expertise with Excel / Google Sheets
Knowledge of visualization tools like Tableau, Looker or Qlikview
Critical reasoning and strong communication skills
Business acumen and end-to-end project management ability
