In this role you own the Refrigeration Controls product lifecycle across Europe, translating customer and market needs into innovative solutions that drive growth.
You work closely with engineering, sales, operations, and customers to shape the future of refrigeration controls.

Develop and execute product roadmaps from concept to end-of-life
Define product requirements from customer, market, and business needs
Manage product profitability and support business case development for new investments
Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities and enhancements
Define product positioning and value propositions
Support pricing, commercialization, and go-to-market activities




Develop technical and commercial sales enablement materials
Collaborate with engineering, operations, and commercial teams to ensure delivery and adoption
Maintain accurate product data and documentation throughout the lifecycle
Drive continuous product improvements based on market trends and feedback
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline
Minimum 3 years of experience in Application Engineering, Product Management, Technical Sales, or similar technical customer-facing role
Knowledge of electronics, controls, or embedded systems
Strong interest in technology and product development
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to influence and gain alignment across multiple functions
