/p pTo support our growing Ticketing Marketing team, we are looking for a committed bEvents Registration Coordinator (On-Site) (m/f/d) /b to join our HYROX EU Event team on a full-time basis.
bThis is a fully on-site, execution-focused role.
/b The primary purpose of this position is to travel directly to our event venues across Europe, supporting local teams and ensuring a seamless, high-quality registration experience for all participants on event days as well as during setup days.
/p pYou will be traveling extensively, both during weekdays for setup/pre-event operations and on weekends for race days, attending b***** multi-day HYROX events per season /b across Europe.
/p h3YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul libEnd-to-End Registration Management: /b Oversee the full registration process on-site, from hardware setup and pre-registration through to event day execution and post-event breakdown.
/li libTechnical On-Site Setup: /b Ensure all registration hardware (laptops, scanners, printers, tablets) is set up correctly, tested, and fully functioning throughout the event weekend.
/li libTeam Supervision Leadership: /b Brief, train, supervise, and support local registration staff and volunteers to maintain high and consistent service standards.
/li libTroubleshooting Customer Care:



/b Handle on-the-spot registration, check-in, or ticketing issues in a calm, professional, and customer-focused manner.
/li libPolicy Compliance Enforcement: /b Enforce event policies and Terms Conditions regarding waivers, missing tickets, late arrivals, or disputes, reporting major incidents to Event Operations.
/li libCross-Functional Collaboration: /b Work closely with Event Production, Ticketing, and Logistics teams to collaboratively solve complex on-site operational challenges.
/li libEuropean Tour Travel: /b Travel to and execute registration operations at ***** multi-day HYROX events across Europe per season.
/li /ul h3YOUR PROFILE /h3 ul libExperience Level: /b Independent, adaptable, entry-level candidates or early-career professionals with initial practical experience in live events, hospitality, ticketing, or event operations.
/li libMaximum Travel Willingness: /b Exceptional willingness and flexibility to travel extensively across Europe (attending approximately ***** multi-day events per season).
/li libProblem-Solver Mindset:



/b Hands-on mentality with strong organisational skills and the ability to think on your feet and stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
/li libTech Affinity: /b Comfortable setting up, handling, and troubleshooting basic event technology and hardware (scanners, printers, tablets, laptops).
/li libCommunication Team Skills: /b Clear visual and verbal communicator with strong interpersonal skills to lead volunteer teams and interact positively with athletes.
/li libLanguage Skills: /b Fluent in English and Italian; knowledge of German or other (European) languages is a plus.
/li libLocation: /b You can be located in Milan, Hamburg, Paris or London.
