/ph3About the Role /h3pWe are looking for someone to handle the management of various company contracts.
/ppThe projects usually range in value from €500,000 to €10,000,000 and last between 6 and 18 months.
/ppThe person will work closely with all internal departments to ensure a project's successful execution in line with the contract terms and the company's performance goals.
/ppThe ideal candidate will serve as the go-to person for the project throughout its lifecycle, for both internal and external clients, and will be appointed as the main point of contact for the client once the contract is assigned.
/ppPost contract award (execution phase) /pulliAs required from time to time and in support of Sales, involvement in the preparation and final negotiations of major bids.




/liliTake over responsibility for the project from Sales and coordinate the contract review and acceptance procedure to determine whether the company is prepared to proceed with the contract which has been awarded; /liliCommunicate with internal and external customers regarding financial, commercial and technical aspects to ensure satisfactory execution of projects; /liliMonitor and control global progress of projects through various stages, from Engineering to Manufacturing and through Installation and Commissioning until Site Acceptance Test; /liliManage the supply of major bought out components and machinery to ensure timely delivery in accordance with contractual requirements; /liliRepresent the company during meetings and negotiations with the customer during the life of a project, ensuring customer satisfaction whilst maintaining company performance targets; /liliVia regular project review meetings, monitor progress to ensure projects are concluded within agreed budgets, contracted time scale and meet specification with regard to performance and quality, and report upon any identified issue.
Where necessary,



identify remedial actions to address adverse deviation in project performance; /liliUndertake periodic review of contract financials through the review of actual costs reported, and estimate cost to complete remaining work, in relation to budget baseline, both at item and contract level; /liliResponsible for negotiating contract variations for extras which fall outside of the contracted scope of supply; /liliResponsible for reporting any consistent trends in financial returns to enable the company's Sales costing system to be maintained.
/li /ulh3What You Need to Be Successful /h3ulliBachelor's Degree or equivalent experience; /liliBasic technical background, fundamentals of Finance and of Project Management; /lili2-3 years of experience in similar role; /liliStrong business acumen in project planning and management of communications; /liliFluent English (both written and spoken); /liliGood knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Power BI or similar; /liliPassion for driving innovation; /liliProblem solving and data analysis skills; /liliHence driving license, passport and willingness to travel.
/li /ulh3Our Offer /h3pCompensation for this role includes a base salary starting from EUR *****, in line with experience.
/ppThe actual offer may exceed this minimum based on the candidate's qualifications and fit for the role.
